New “Know Your Rights” Act Poster for California Employers

The California Labor Commissioner recently issued its template notice under SB 294, which requires employers to provide an annual notice to their employees regarding certain workplace rights. Employers may use the newly issued template notice to satisfy this obligation. Employers should ensure they are providing the required notice to current employees and new employees upon hire and annually thereafter, beginning February 1, 2026.
