Lawsuit Against AI Developer

“Eightfold AI, Inc.,” an AI development company, has been sued in California for collecting personal information on candidates from “outside” sources, such as social media profiles and other unverified sources. The plaintiffs are two candidates who maintain they were qualified for the positions for which they applied but were turned down. The development company had not responded to a request for comment at the time of publication.
