HR Requires More Rework After Using AI
Artificial Intelligence systems are not foolproof. A Workday survey has revealed that almost 40 percent of productivity gains that organizations have realized through the implementation of AI have been lost because the results have required rework or are simply of low quality. Only 14 percent of workers surveyed said they have net gains as a result of using AI. Ironically(?), HR workers have experienced the highest level of rework required attributable to AI (38%), meaning that nearly 4 of every 10 hours are lost to rework in HR.
