Automatic Work Visa Extensions Shortened

In case you missed it, the 540-day automatic extension of the Biden Administration for H-1B work visas has been reduced to the prior 180-day limit. This does not apply to those that were extended prior to October 31. The potential problem for employers is that renewals often take considerably longer than 180 days. The results remain to be seen.
