Technical Employers Take Note

According to the current “2026 Tech Sentiment Report,” “73% of tech professionals plan to change employers, yet only 41% feel confident finding a favorable role.” The primary reason for their planning appears to be employment security, not advancement, but uncertainty pervades the whole process. It is important that employers communicate openly and honestly with employees – especially if their outlook is favorable.
