H-1B Order Under Fire

Twenty Democrat-controlled states have filed a lawsuit challenging the Administration’s imposition of a $100,000 fee for H-1B visas, claiming it is “arbitrary, capricious and in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act.” This is the third such lawsuit by a variety of groups, including one by the US Chamber of Commerce.
