Having Problems Recruiting? 

A Harvard Business Review survey of 350 senior executives found the following five reasons given for companies losing their top candidates: Unclear Roles, Poor Recruitment Practices, Disengaged Employees, and Shaky Reputations (of the companies). Factual differences in presentations by different staff members lead to confusion, lack of clarity, and an appearance of disorganization to candidates – a significant “turnoff.”
