States with Pay Transparency Laws
The following states have amended their pay transparency legislation:
California: Tightened definition of pay range – plus another dozen new regulations
Delaware and Massachusetts: Expanded to employers with 25 or more employees
New Jersey: Posting to include pay and general benefits description
Vermont: Now includes remote workers
Washington: Amended to give employers a 5-day grace period to fix erroneous or non-compliant postings.
