“Shake-up” Statistic

According to a recent Gallup survey, the following statistics are in play in the American employment scene. Do we see a disconnect? 

• 77% of employees are disengaged (Gallup) 

• 48% of employees are open to leaving their job (Gallup) 

• 60% of CEOs report retaining and engaging their employees is top priority (Chief Executive) 

One key – perhaps the most important one – to preventing the above within one’s organization is to keep the lines of communication open at all levels, which is a hallmark among the companies working with VBS.
