Recruiting? Look Inward…

Seeing fellow employees advance can be a reinforcement to a team and increase the possibility of word-of-mouth testimonials about your company. Those who already know your culture and business model don’t have to go through an orientation period and can instead help to bring along their replacement, especially if that person is also an “internal hire.” Communication during periodic reviews is a useful tool in finding out who wants to move up in your organization and provides you the opportunity to tell them what they might need to make that even more of a possibility.
