EEOC has had its lowest ever number of lawsuits based on race or national origin in this past fiscal year, according to an analysis by a prominent law firm: only three (3) cases in the entire year.
In a survey of employers by Resume Templates, 25 percent said they had had disciplined employees for social media posts. (The contents were not revealed.) The list includes Microsoft and Delta, among others.
In a nationwide survey, 87% of workers in the US said that their company’s reputation “influenced their decision to take their current role.” In a multinational survey of 1500 workers, almost 50% of employees said their employer’s stated values are reflected in their workplace.
